Megan De Souza Photography
Megan De Souza is a South African based photographer specializing in conservation and documentary photography, dealing mainly with wildlife conservation. Megan is competent in other fields of photography and enjoys photographing people as she tries to capture the essence of the character of the individual. She also feels it is imperative to inform society through a visual material on important matters so that it may bring about change through awareness.
Megan has received herNational Diploma in Photography (2009) from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NNMU) and shall be finishing her fourth year Bachelor of Technology degree at Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan.

2010 Red Location Documentary exhibition, Port Elizabeth:
This exhibition was held at the Red Location museum in New Brighton. The exhibition helped raise funds for the people living in the Red Location squatter camp and four of her images were exhibited.
2011 Cape Landscape Exhibition, Port Elizabeth:
The landscape exhibition was held at the NNMU North campus, K block and exhibited the work from both the second and third year photography students. The work featured the best landscapes from the Western and Eastern Cape and each pupil was allowed to submit one image.
2011 The Collective Photography and Graphic Design Exhibition, Port Elizabeth:
The Collective exhibition was held at the NNMU, North campus, K block and exhibited the work of the graphic designers, photographers, textile students and Btech fashion students.Five of her images were displayed on exhibition for the duration of approximately one week.
